Children’s Privacy Notice

1. Operator
The operator of Player Development OS (“PlayerDev OS”) is contactable at hello@playerdevos.com. Website: playerdevos.com.
Your child’s academy is the controller of the roster. We process that data to provide the development software the academy chooses to use.
2. What data we may hold about a player
- Name, birth year, team, position, optional photo
- Coach evaluations, development goals, session notes / transcripts
- Generated development reports for the academy (and families when the academy shares them)
- Guardian email/name and consent status when required by age rules
We do not keep raw voice recordings in the MVP — only text transcripts from coach notes.
3. Why we collect it
Solely to help the academy track player development over time and produce clear reports — not to rank children publicly, not for advertising to kids, and not to train AI models.
4. Parental / guardian consent (product rules)

| 13–15 | Blocking: guardian consent via confirm link. Club attestation alone is not enough to share reports. |
| 16+ | Audited club attestation (checkbox logged) is enough for the MVP. |
| No birth year | Treated as under 13 until completed. |
In all cases the academy also confirms it has a lawful basis / enrollment consent (audited). That club checkbox never means “use data to train AI or ads” — we simply do not do that.
5. AI
Coach text may be sent to an AI API to suggest structured notes. Coaches must approve or reject. We do not use children’s data to train models.
6. Your choices
- Refuse or withdraw consent by contacting the academy and/or hello@playerdevos.com.
- Request review or deletion of your child’s data (we target ≤ 30 business days for verified requests).
