1. The service
Player Development OS (“PlayerDev OS”) helps academies turn coach notes into structured player development history, evaluations, goals, and reports. It is a development layer, not a replacement for club admin tools, and not a public ranking product for children.
2. Free pilots
Selected academies may use the product free for a stated pilot period (typically 30 days). Pilot features may change. After the pilot, paid plans (if offered) will be communicated separately. Early-adopter pricing, when offered, is confirmed in writing.
3. Accounts and roles
Access is by invitation / magic link. Your academy designates owners, directors, and coaches. You are responsible for:
- Keeping account access limited to authorized staff.
- Accuracy of roster data you upload (including birth year).
- Having a lawful basis to process player and guardian data, including parental consent where required.
- How reports are shared with families.
4. Club responsibilities
The academy is the controller of its roster. You must not upload player data without required consents. Club attestation checkboxes in the product are audited; for under-16 players they do not replace guardian confirmation flows described in our Children’s Privacy Notice.
5. Acceptable use
- No public posting of minors’ personal data through the product.
- No scraping, reselling, or using the service to build competing datasets from other clubs’ data.
- No attempts to bypass access controls, consent gates, or security.
- No unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content in notes or reports.
6. AI suggestions
AI output is assistive only. Coaches must review and approve or reject suggestions. You remain responsible for final evaluations and communications to parents.
7. Intellectual property
We own the product, branding, and software. You retain ownership of your academy content (roster, notes, evaluations). You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” during pilots. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect AI accuracy, or fitness for a particular regulatory filing. PlayerDev OS does not provide medical, legal, or safeguarding advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service in a free pilot is limited to USD $0 (or, if you are on a paid plan, the fees paid in the prior 3 months). We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Termination
Either party may end a pilot with written notice (email is enough). Upon termination we will stop processing new data and handle deletion per our Privacy Policy and DPA.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator’s principal place of business, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or data-protection rights in your country. Prefer resolving disputes amicably via hello@playerdevos.com.
